SEO/AEO Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively on intricate, large-scale, and time-sensitive SEO/AEO initiatives.

• Anticipate performance metrics, establish targets, create reports, and communicate progress towards these goals.

• Observe the performance of leading consumer technology companies we partner with, along with their competitors.

• Evaluate digital marketing campaigns and website effectiveness, identify emerging trends, and offer actionable recommendations.

• Execute A/B testing to enhance the overall marketing strategy.

• Develop persuasive business cases for growth marketing initiatives, including opportunity assessments in collaboration with Analytics and Finance teams.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize scalable web platforms and page-level SEO projects based on traffic and revenue enhancement prospects.

• Collaborate with data science teams to analyze shifts in organic traffic.

⛳️ Requirements

• SEO + AEO + Content: Minimum of 4 years of agency or in-house experience with technical SEO, content strategy, and/or a broad understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including paid search, SEO, AEO, and social media. Experience in programmatic SEO is highly desirable!

• Data Analysis: Outstanding data analysis capabilities (you are recognized as the spreadsheet expert on your team).

• Paid Search: Experience in either agency or in-house settings with PPC, SEM, paid search, and online advertising.

• Product: Strong product intuition with the ability to tackle complex challenges using simple, effective product solutions.

• Web & App: Comprehensive understanding of how web and native app ecosystems function.

• Tools: Proficiency in using various data and product tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Data Studio, Amplitude, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Asana, Jira, etc.).

• People Management: Experience in supervising and managing a team of direct collaborators.

• Project Management: Proven track record of managing client deliverables in a timely manner, utilizing communication to ensure all strategies and outputs are delivered punctually.
