📋 Description

• AI-Driven Multi-Project Strategy

• Strategic Oversight: Oversee and align SEO strategies across various business units or websites concurrently, ensuring that resource allocation is aligned with revenue potential.

• Revenue Innovation: Transition the team from a "traffic-first" to a "revenue-first" approach, utilizing AI to pinpoint and seize high-conversion opportunities within the Search Generative Experience (SGE).

• Automation Roadmap: Collaborate in designing and implementing a plan to automate 60% of recurring SEO tasks (including reporting, auditing, and content brief generation) across all assigned projects.

• Review existing SEO workflows to identify manual tasks that create bottlenecks and replace them with automated scripts, API integrations, or AI-driven solutions.

• Guide the SEO team’s evolution from manual executors to "AI Orchestrators," ensuring the integration of automation tools.

• Leadership & People Development

• Team Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of SEO Specialists, cultivating a culture of ongoing learning in AI, prompt engineering, and data science.

• Performance Management: Establish clear KPIs, conduct regular one-on-ones, and ensure that the team meets delivery deadlines with high-quality, automated outputs.

• Resource Orchestration: Oversee team capacity across multiple concurrent projects to prevent execution bottlenecks.

• Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Develop and present automated, data-driven reports for C-level stakeholders, translating technical SEO and AI successes into business impact and ROI.

• Cross-Functional Advocacy: Forge strong relationships with heads of Product, Engineering, and Finance to obtain support for automation initiatives.

• Predictive Insights: Utilize AI-driven forecasting to provide stakeholders with anticipatory "what-if" scenarios regarding market changes and algorithm updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Experience**: 8+ years in SEO, including at least **2+ years in a formal leadership or managerial role** overseeing a team of specialists.

• **Multi-Project Mastery**: Demonstrated experience managing intricate SEO strategies for multiple websites or large-scale international domains simultaneously.

• **AI & Automation Expert**: Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs (such as OpenAI, Claude) and automation tools. Proficiency in Python or advanced API integrations is a considerable advantage.

• **Stakeholder Communication**: Outstanding ability to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders, emphasizing business growth and financial results.

• **Project Management**: Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (like Jira, Asana, Monday.com) to coordinate team efforts across various workstreams.

• **Technical SEO Core**: In-depth knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, React), technical auditing, and programmatic SEO.

• **Analytical Rigor**: Advanced proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, or Google Looker Studio for creating automated, multi-project reporting dashboards.

• **Languages**: Candidates must be fluent in **Spanish and English** (both spoken and written).
