SEO Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of the GPC offering, which includes packages for SEO audits, materials for pre-sales, category evaluations, and the implementation of content hubs.

• Conduct research, strategize, and develop content plans for GPC clients based in Asia;

• Convey SEO insights and knowledge to clients;

• Design presentation decks to support strategic consulting in search optimization;

• Produce, refresh, and summarize monthly SEO performance reports;

• Facilitate all SEO-related activities;

• Oversee a team of SEO Specialists and assess (QA) outputs from freelancers to ensure the highest quality standards;

• Evaluate multilingual work, particularly in relation to keyword discovery;

• Generate content briefs at scale for various projects and content hubs;

• Review articles for SEO quality assurance;

• Suggest relevant content optimizations for maximum impact;

• Conduct competitor analyses, site audits, and overall site evaluations (including Excel work and presentations as part of the analysis);

• Assist the Head of SEO APAC with new business needs and larger projects in Asia;

• When necessary, manage the workload and quality of freelancers and junior staff members;

• Collaborate with the project management team to enhance processes and resource management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required;

• At least 7 years of substantial experience in technical SEO and content skills;

• Expertise in advanced SEO techniques and strategies;

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset;

• Quick learner who enjoys embracing new challenges;

• A genuine passion for SEO and emerging trends related to Google and organic traffic channels;

• Extensive experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.);

• Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms;

• Keeping current with the latest Google updates, features, and SEO best practices;

• Exceptional presentation skills.
