• Take charge of the complete SEO strategy for enterprise and high-value client accounts.
• Convert business objectives into scalable roadmaps for organic growth.
• Spearhead strategic planning encompassing technical SEO, content SEO, semantic SEO, and authority enhancement.
• Confidently present growth strategies, forecasts, and SEO recommendations to stakeholders.
• Remain informed about Google algorithm updates, AI search advancements, and industry developments.
• Mentor and elevate a team of SEO Specialists and Executives.
• Evaluate audits, keyword research, content briefs, reports, and implementation strategies.
• Create SEO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, quality assurance systems, and best-practice documentation.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, entity analysis, and semantic topic clustering.
• Ensure proper intent mapping for informational, commercial, and transactional searches.
• Identify opportunities within SERPs, content gaps, and areas for topical authority enhancement.
• Enhance visibility across AI-driven search platforms including Google AI Overviews (AIO), ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Formulate Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies that emphasize semantic relevance and entity authority.
• Optimize content for AI retrieval, summarization, conversational search, and discoverability in answer engines.
• Advise teams on AI-first content structures and optimization techniques suitable for Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Direct SEO-centric content strategies and roadmap planning.
• Ensure adherence to EEAT principles in all content initiatives.
• Guide the optimization for featured snippets, People Also Ask, rich results, and formats compatible with AI.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for comprehensive execution.
• Lead in-depth technical SEO audits and implementation plans.
• Supervise enhancements in Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, schema, and performance.
• Develop scalable SEO automation workflows utilizing Python, APIs, AI tools, and crawler integrations.
• Automate repetitive SEO processes such as audits, reporting, metadata creation, and internal linking analysis.
• Manage ethical and scalable link-building and digital PR efforts.
• Oversee AI-assisted outreach and personalization processes.
• Monitor the quality of backlinks and domain authority metrics.
• Own SEO reporting frameworks, KPIs, forecasting, and tracking business impact.
• Create advanced dashboards using GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio.
• Assess visibility across traditional SERPs as well as AI-generated search environments.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and identify opportunities.
• 5–7+ years of SEO experience, with 1–2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable SEO growth within competitive sectors.
• Proficient in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, semantic SEO, and content strategies.
• Familiarity with AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, LLM visibility optimization, and AI-driven search ecosystems.
• Strong comprehension of how LLMs access and display web content.
• Experience in establishing SEO automation systems using Python, APIs, AI workflows, or other automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented SEO mindset.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to present proven SEO case studies, demonstrate traffic growth, and highlight enterprise SEO successes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
