This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take ownership of the SEO strategy and track KPI progress for designated client accounts.
• Serve as the primary strategic liaison for clients, delivering clear updates, proactive suggestions, and confident guidance.
• Conduct strategy reviews, reporting sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), linking SEO performance to business outcomes.
• Monitor potential risks, obstacles, and indicators of client concern or dissatisfaction, and develop recovery plans to address issues before they escalate.
• Discover growth opportunities and suggest new initiatives or scope expansions that can yield measurable results.
• Transform recurring SEO tasks into standardized templates, workflows, or automated processes.
• Establish monitoring for changes in rankings, technical issues, competitor activities, and visibility gaps in AI search results.
• Create ongoing processes for auditing and enhancing technical SEO, structured data, internal linking, and content visibility.
• Track how frequently clients’ brands are mentioned or recommended in AI search results, identify gaps, and recommend actions to enhance visibility.
• Determine which SEO tasks should be managed by specialists, AI tools, or a combination of both.
• Develop quality checks for automated SEO workflows, integrating tool-based assessments with human evaluations.
• Maintain a shared library of prompts, workflows, and automation resources for the SEO team.
• Assist SEO Specialists in adopting AI tools and workflows in a systematic, quality-assured manner.
• Consistently identify repetitive tasks that can be simplified, automated, or enhanced.
• Stay informed about SEO, AI search behavior, algorithm updates, and automation tools.
• Convert emerging trends and tools into actionable workflows that enhance client delivery and results.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and leading SEO strategies, ideally within an agency, eCommerce, or client-facing setting.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, internal linking, off-page SEO, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Capability to align SEO efforts with business objectives such as visibility, traffic, conversions, revenue impact, and growth.
• Ownership mindset regarding SEO KPIs – you take charge of enhancing performance rather than merely reporting on it.
• Practical insight into how AI search is transforming organic visibility, including AI-generated responses, LLM recommendations, source credibility, and brand mentions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or automation to optimize SEO workflows.
• Proficiency in converting recurring SEO tasks into clear, repeatable workflows that include quality checks.
• Sound judgment regarding which tasks should be automated, which require human expertise, and where both should collaborate.
• Exceptional communication skills with clients and proficient English, capable of articulating complex SEO and AI search topics clearly.
• Ability to manage expectations, navigate challenging conversations, and provide assured strategic guidance.
• Structured thinking: translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, tasks, and measurable outcomes.
• Confidence in challenging assumptions and serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Experience with coding or agent frameworks such as *Claude Code, Cursor, Codex*, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as *Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4*.
