SEO Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for organic search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) customized for B2B and lead-generation clients.

• Oversee the organic search initiatives for a portfolio of 3 to 5 clients at the same time.

• Lead the research of keywords, entities, and topic clusters.

• Collaborate with Directors of Growth on enterprise-level accounts.

• Conduct baseline technical audits during the initial phases of campaigns.

• Analyze performance and generate reports on organic leads, keyword visibility, and conversions utilizing tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics (GA4).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional SEO experience, ideally within an agency managing multiple clients.

• Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to confidently present strategies to U.S. clients.

• Strong emphasis on content marketing, B2B lead generation, and research related to entities/keywords, particularly in text-heavy sectors.

• Experience in developing and executing SEO/AEO roadmaps, from conducting technical audits to implementing content strategies.

• Knowledge of AI-driven search frameworks, conversational search platforms (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), and structured data.

• Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics (GA4).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively while managing 3 to 5 client accounts independently.
