SEO Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• SEO Strategy Development: Craft and implement all-encompassing SEO strategies, encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to enhance website visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.

• Content Strategy: Partner with the content team to develop and optimize content that adheres to SEO best practices, focusing on relevant keywords to enhance user engagement.

• Keyword Research & Analysis: Carry out extensive keyword research to uncover opportunities and ensure our content is optimized for high-traffic, high-conversion keywords.

• SEO Audits & Analysis: Conduct regular SEO audits and automated website analyses to pinpoint areas for enhancement and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Lead Generation & Ranking Improvement: Formulate and implement strategies to augment lead generation and enhance search engine rankings.

• Team Leadership: Contribute significantly to the growth and expansion of the SEO department, offering guidance and mentorship to junior team members while adhering to established processes and standards.

• Performance Monitoring: Utilize various analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of SEO initiatives, making data-informed decisions to continuously improve results.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure SEO goals are achieved in a timely manner.

• Project Management: Conceptualize and effectively coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies and leadership teams.

• Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or in a similar position, possessing a comprehensive understanding of full-stack SEO.

• Strong proficiency in SEO tools and software for auditing, keyword research, and analytics.

• Demonstrated capability to lead projects and teams, with a long-term vision for scaling an SEO department.

• Experience in lead generation and enhancing search engine rankings.

• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
