📋 Description

• SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement thorough SEO strategies, encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to enhance website visibility, traffic, and conversions.

• Content Strategy: Partner with the content team to develop and optimize content that adheres to SEO best practices, focusing on relevant keywords and boosting user engagement.

• Keyword Research & Analysis: Execute comprehensive keyword research to uncover opportunities and ensure our content is tailored for high-traffic, high-conversion terms.

• SEO Audits & Analysis: Conduct routine SEO audits and automated assessments of the website to pinpoint areas for enhancement and guarantee compliance with best practices.

• Lead Generation & Ranking Improvement: Formulate and implement strategies aimed at increasing lead generation and enhancing search engine rankings.

• Team Leadership: Take a key role in developing and expanding the SEO department, offering guidance and mentorship to junior team members while adhering to established processes and guidelines.

• Performance Monitoring: Utilize various analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of SEO initiatives, making data-driven choices to continuously enhance results.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure SEO goals are achieved promptly.

• Project Management: Design and effectively manage SEO projects in collaboration with partner agencies and leadership teams.

• Demonstrated experience as an SEO Strategist or in a similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of full stack SEO.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software for auditing, keyword research, and analytics.

• Proven ability to lead projects and teams, with a long-term vision for scaling an SEO department.

• Experience in lead generation and enhancing search engine rankings.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
