SEO Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the SEO strategy for the Real Estate ecosystem, enhancing performance through organic traffic, keyword rankings, and LLM visibility.

• Facilitate SEO alignment across Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams.

• Provide technical analyses, metadata suggestions, actionable briefs, and structured optimization strategies.

• Stay informed about algorithm updates and utilize AI-driven insights to enhance next-generation search experiences.

• Monitor and report on the SEO health of the ecosystem, consistently sharing competitive insights and best practice updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of practical SEO experience with a proven track record of managing strategy from start to finish.

• Expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

• Knowledge of LLM visibility tools like Evertune.

• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into clear, actionable strategies.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across various functions.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
