SEO Specialist, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Implement on-page SEO enhancements across designated client accounts, focusing on metadata, header structures, internal linking, and image alt attributes.

• Perform keyword research and manage keyword mapping documentation for the assigned accounts.

• Execute technical SEO corrections in WordPress, including indexing, metadata adjustments, and site health enhancements.

• Monitor and evaluate performance using GA4, GSC, and SEMrush; contribute to monthly reports with data-driven insights and observations.

• Assist in content optimization initiatives and support the development of content briefs as required.

• Maintain organized deliverable tracking and keep internal documentation current.

• Proactively communicate with the manager and cross-functional teams regarding task status, priorities, and any obstacles encountered.

• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business workflows.

• Engage with Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in relation to departmental activities.

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of practical SEO experience with proven results in improving rankings, traffic, or organic performance.

• Strong grasp of on-page SEO, foundational technical SEO, and keyword research methodologies.

• Familiarity with WordPress and proficiency in GA4, GSC, and SEMrush.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent history of timely and accurate delivery.

• Effective communicator who ensures internal teams remain coordinated and keeps stakeholders informed proactively.
