SEO Specialist, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the SEO strategy, thoroughly understanding the competition to elevate our brands within one of the most challenging sectors.

• Conduct in-depth keyword and intent research to identify high-value opportunities.

• Analyze and comprehend competitor strategies to secure an advantage in rankings.

• Oversee on-page and technical SEO tactics that enhance traffic and conversions.

• Share insights and experiments with fellow SEO managers to amplify best practices.

• Stay proactive regarding algorithm updates and search innovations, swiftly adapting strategies as needed.

• Design and execute SEO A/B tests to maintain a sharp and effective approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in complex, competitive sectors (banking, iGaming, pharma).

• Over 3 years of hands-on SEO experience in these industries.

• Proficiency in German (both spoken and written).

• Strong expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Bing Webmaster Tools.

• Solid understanding of leading SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).

• Capability to clearly communicate SEO concepts to non-specialists.

• Innovative, outside-the-box thinker with a data-driven approach.

• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Technical SEO proficiency (crawl rate, semantic SEO, SEO patents).

• Interest and substantial knowledge in AI and its impact on SEO.
