SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of SEO - including strategy formulation, execution, and results.

• Establish and enhance organic growth independently as a contributor.

• Clearly define what constitutes “good” SEO and work towards it proactively.

• Manage crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture.

• Conduct ongoing audits utilizing tools such as Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.

• Detect and resolve issues before they adversely affect performance.

• Develop monitoring systems to proactively address potential problems.

• Identify and implement programmatic SEO initiatives from the ground up.

• Create scalable page templates and establish content logic for high-volume landing pages.

• Draft clear PRDs and collaborate closely with engineering for swift execution.

• Develop systems that minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency.

• Establish automations for rank tracking, content gap analysis, internal linking, and reporting.

• Oversee the SEO roadmap, determining what is built, when, and the rationale behind it.

• Continuously run experiments related to content, structure, and internal linking.

• Monitor performance metrics using tools such as Mixpanel and PostHog.

• Collaborate directly with the Head of Growth to synchronize priorities.

• Work with sales to gain insights into genuine buyer intent and incorporate this into the SEO strategy.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to implement enhancements rapidly.

• Guide content direction, ensuring that all output is intent-driven and of high quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in SEO with a solid technical background.

• Demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or high-intent products.

• Practical experience with programmatic SEO and scalable page development.

• Strong analytical capabilities, proficient with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Mixpanel, PostHog.

• Experience in collaborating directly with engineering teams and drafting PRDs.

• Capability to work independently without substantial support systems.

• Familiarity with automation tools (Python, scripts, no-code solutions, or similar).

• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a clear, organized, and direct approach.
