This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Conduct keyword research aligned with client business objectives to enhance existing content and identify new opportunities.
• Offer SEO analysis and recommendations related to the elements and structure of websites and web pages.
• Suggest and implement strategies for content development that align with SEO goals, both general and keyword-specific.
• Create and execute link building campaigns.
• Monitor and assess web analytics dashboards and reports to formulate and recommend SEO strategies.
• Communicate project development, timelines, and results to the team and management.
• Implement and manage search engine programs such as XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, and webmaster tools.
• Review and assess search results and performance across major search channels to enhance rankings.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in SEO.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.).
• Experience working with CMS environments.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and website administration.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in website analysis using various analytics tools, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools, is preferred.
• Ability to produce clear and concise reports that convey complex data sets.
• Comfortable working with data and possessing an analytical mindset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Capable of articulating thoughts and points clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrates high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
• Excellent skills in analysis, organization, project management, and time management.
