SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Conduct keyword research aligned with client business objectives to enhance existing content and identify new opportunities.

• Offer SEO analysis and advice regarding the elements and structure of websites and web pages.

• Suggest and implement strategies for content development that align with SEO objectives, both general and keyword-specific.

• Create and execute link building campaigns.

• Monitor and assess web analytics dashboards and reports to develop and recommend effective SEO strategies.

• Communicate project updates, timelines, and results to the team and management.

• Implement and manage search engine programs, including XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, and webmaster tools.

• Evaluate search results and performance across major search channels to enhance rankings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of prior SEO experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Proficient in using popular keyword tools such as Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.

• Familiarity with CMS environments.

• Understanding of HTML/CSS and website administration.

• High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience in website analysis using various analytics tools, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools, is preferred.

• Ability to create clear and concise reports that convey complex data sets.

• Comfortable working with data, possessing an analytical mindset.

• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Capability to articulate thoughts and points clearly and effectively.

• High levels of integrity, independence, and self-motivation.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
