This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct a comprehensive technical SEO audit, addressing issues such as broken links, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, sitemap/robots.txt configurations, and redirect chains.
• Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structures, and internal linking strategies.
• Analyze content gaps and develop a keyword strategy for service pages and blog content.
• Provide ongoing monthly reports featuring clear KPIs and tracking of progress.
• Offer recommendations for schema markup, structured data, and authority-building initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise with Semrush, showcasing in-depth knowledge beyond basic functionalities.
• Relevant experience in IT services, software development, consulting, or B2B professional services firms; generic eCommerce SEO experience is insufficient.
• Capability to create and present a detailed SEO roadmap that includes prioritized phases, timelines, and anticipated results.
• Excellent communication skills — you articulate your strategies and their rationale, not just the output of tools.
• Proven ability to work autonomously without reliance on an internal SEO team.
• Submission of 2–3 case studies from previous clients, specifically in IT services, software, consulting, or similar B2B industries, including before and after metrics when available.
• A brief Loom (or equivalent) video recording that demonstrates a real audit or campaign you executed, highlighting your processes, considerations, and decision-making.
• A concise outline of your approach to an engagement like this, detailing the tools you would utilize, the order of tasks, issue prioritization, and success measurement.
