SEO Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Domain Prospecting: Identify and assess high-relevance, authoritative domains and webpages that align with our key topics and URLs.

• Link-building Campaigns: Execute tailored email sequences to secure guest posts, quoted mentions, resource inclusions, and more, utilizing agreed anchors and target URLs.

• Quality Validation: Confirm dofollow status, indexation, topical relevance, and placement quality by documenting proofs and remedying changes, avoiding paid or low-quality schemes.

• Outreach Automation: Present data stories or expert commentary to journalists and publishers, leveraging tools to expedite prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and quality assurance while maintaining a personal touch.

• Progress Reporting: Monitor pipeline status, response rates, placement rates, link velocity, referral traffic, and ranking impact, among other metrics, providing insights on a bi-weekly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in SEO outreach with a proven portfolio of completed placements.

• Expertise in using Ahrefs and contact discovery tools.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to personalize messages, with a strong attention to detail.

• Data-driven decision-making skills: Capable of evaluating authority, relevance, traffic, and risk.

• Initiative: A self-starter who consistently follows through and meets deadlines.

• Adaptability: Knowledgeable about current link-building trends, best practices in organic outreach, and emerging techniques in AI and domain authority enhancement.

• Bonus: Experience in the healthcare sector or a medical background is preferred.
