This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Establish a documented and replicable SEO framework that includes title structure (brand, product type, gender, color, key features, size hierarchy), bullet structure (benefit-oriented rather than feature-oriented), product descriptions, A+ content, and backend search terms.
• Develop a keyword research methodology utilizing DataDive as the primary tool and Helium 10 as the secondary tool. Document the entire workflow with Loom video walkthroughs in English.
• Create a clear hierarchy of information: determining the sequence in titles, factors that enhance visibility, and the appropriate placement for each keyword class.
• Publish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to the team's master SOP sheet and provide training to the catalog team (Milica, Bojana) on the new standards.
• Construct a tiered prioritization model for SEO investment: high-velocity Nike Team replenishment ASINs and listings associated with original UPCs will receive full optimization, while closeout or short-lifecycle items will undergo a lighter review.
• Optimize new listings at the creation stage. Collaborate with the catalog team to ensure SEO is integrated from the start rather than retroactively adjusted.
• Methodically address the existing catalog (approximately 2,500 to 2,800 ASINs) starting with those generating the highest revenue and having the lowest current quality, improving titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms.
• Monitor performance metrics before and after optimization for each ASIN: rank changes, session counts, conversion rates, and unit velocity.
• Take charge of the DataDive workflow initiated by our PPC lead. Improve, enhance, and standardize the process.
• Create keyword libraries organized by product category (Nike Team apparel, Adidas, footwear, accessories) that serve both SEO and PPC purposes.
• Collaborate with our PPC lead to ensure that SEO keyword research and PPC campaign keywords are aligned and not duplicated.
• Stay updated on changes to the Amazon search algorithm, Rufus and AI-search behavior, and best practices for indexing on reseller listings (without Brand Registry access).
• Identify listings that are underperforming due to catalog issues (poor titles, weak images, missing backend attributes, suppressed detail pages) and coordinate resolutions with the catalog team.
• Partner with the catalog team on image quality standards: define minimum resolution criteria, document approved image sources, and contribute to a centralized image-source database.
• Identify and report variation structure issues, missing attributes, and inconsistent color or value data that are negatively impacting rankings.
• Provide a weekly SEO performance report detailing ASINs optimized, key performance indicators before and after, current backlog, and priorities for the upcoming week.
• Create a monthly summary that connects SEO efforts to catalog-level results (organic session growth, conversion increases, organic ranking changes on monitored keywords).
• Maintain a dynamic SEO scorecard for the leadership team to review.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Amazon SEO and listing optimization, preferably with an Amazon reseller, agency, or aggregator (not solely as a 1P brand owner).
• In-depth expertise with DataDive or similar tools (Helium 10 Cerebro and Magnet, Jungle Scout, SmartScout).
• Proven ability to write Amazon titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms that enhance rankings. Please bring portfolio examples to the interview.
• Strong understanding of the behavior of Amazon's A9 and COSMO algorithms for reseller listings compared to brand-owner listings (different leverage points, without Brand Registry tools).
• Direct experience with Amazon bulk operations: flat files, listing loader, Variation Wizard, Amazon Master files, and variation family fixes. You will be expected to perform these tasks as necessary.
• Comfortable managing large catalogs (1,000+ ASINs) with limited brand assets. Must be adept at sourcing images, color data, and product information from supplier websites and brand pages.
• Excellent written English skills. Capable of producing SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, and structured written updates.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools, especially Claude (as well as ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalents). You should be using AI daily for keyword expansion, competitor analysis, copy drafting, SOP creation, and workflow automation. We will provide a Claude Pro account, and we expect you to integrate it into your workflow.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering: the ability to structure prompts that generate high-quality Amazon SEO outputs (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms) without excessive revisions.
• Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere—our team is global, and we prioritize work-life balance.
• Growth Opportunities: As a vital member of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape your role and grow with us.
• Innovative Culture: Join a team dedicated to leveraging data to address challenges and drive success in a fast-paced market.
