This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop the SEO Framework within the first 1 to 2 weeks.
• Take ownership of SEO execution for priority ASINs.
• Conduct DataDive and keyword research operations.
• Ensure catalog quality and perform SEO-adjacent cleanup.
• Engage in reporting and measurement activities.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Amazon SEO and listing optimization, preferably for an Amazon reseller, agency, or aggregator (not solely as a 1P brand owner).
• Extensive knowledge of DataDive or similar tools (Helium 10 Cerebro and Magnet, Jungle Scout, SmartScout).
• Proven ability to craft Amazon titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms that enhance rankings. Please bring portfolio samples to the interview.
• Strong understanding of the differences in how Amazon's A9 and COSMO algorithms function for reseller listings versus brand-owner listings (including different leverage points and the absence of Brand Registry tools).
• Practical experience with Amazon bulk operations, including flat files, listing loader, Variation Wizard, Amazon Master files, and fixing variation families. You will be expected to implement these directly as necessary.
• Comfortable managing large catalogs (over 1,000 ASINs) with limited brand assets. Must be adept at sourcing images, color data, and product information from supplier websites and brand pages.
• Excellent written English skills. Capable of producing SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, and well-structured written updates.
• Strong working proficiency with AI tools, particularly Claude (as well as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar). You should be currently using AI daily for tasks such as keyword expansion, competitor analysis, copy drafting, SOP creation, and workflow automation. A Claude Pro account will be provided, and we expect you to integrate it into your workflow.
• Proficient in prompt engineering: able to formulate prompts that yield high-quality Amazon SEO outputs (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms) without excessive revisions.
• **Nice-to-Have**
• Previous experience in athletic, apparel, or footwear categories on Amazon.
• Understanding of PPC fundamentals to facilitate the unification of SEO and PPC keyword libraries.
• Experience connecting Claude or similar tools to data sources (Google Drive, Gmail, Asana, Slack) for integrated reporting and analysis.
• Experience with multi-marketplace SEO (Amazon CA, Amazon MX, TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein) for potential future expansion.
• Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere—our team is international, and we prioritize work-life balance.
• Growth Opportunities: As an essential member, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your role and advance with us.
• Innovative Culture: Be part of a team that is enthusiastic about using data to tackle challenges and achieve success in a fast-changing market.
