This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take full ownership of monthly reporting for various client accounts.
• Evaluate rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits utilizing industry-standard tools and suggest enhancements.
• Create SEO briefs and content strategies informed by keyword analysis and search intent.
• Utilize AI-driven search optimization techniques to boost visibility.
• Oversee and manage content calendars for all active clients.
• Coordinate with writers, delegate tasks, and monitor deadlines.
• Assess content and website outputs for SEO precision and quality.
• Convert SEO insights into practical content plans and briefs.
• Ensure seamless execution of the content production process.
• Lead client meetings, presenting performance reports and insights.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts.
• Handle follow-ups, action items, and ongoing communications.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to guarantee satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain Notion-based systems for project management and documentation.
• Create and enhance SOPs for recurring processes.
• Utilize automation and AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Assist with website updates and SEO implementation on CMS platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO strategy, analysis, or agency operations.
• Strong knowledge of both technical and content-driven SEO.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
• Experience in leading client meetings and delivering performance insights.
• Proficient in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4.
• Excellent organizational and process management abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Practical experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
• Capacity to excel in fast-paced, high-accountability settings.
• Nice-to-Haves (Preferred): Familiarity with AI and automation tools.
