This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Develop a robust and thorough SEO strategy aimed at enhancing traffic and conversion rates, both in the short and long term.
• Conduct analyses of market competitiveness, SEO trends, best practices, and competitor performance.
• Engage in continuous keyword research, expansion, optimization, and identification of target keywords.
• Work in collaboration with content and marketing teams to optimize existing content and create new SEO-focused materials.
• Assess opportunities and gaps within the content strategy, formulate content plans, and lead teams to produce high-quality SEO content that enhances rankings and metrics.
• Create and execute an off-page optimization strategy while implementing link-building initiatives.
• Perform technical audits, analyze technical SEO challenges, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing site structure, load speeds, mobile optimization, etc.
• Establish KPIs/goals, monitor key performance indicators, report on metrics, and take necessary actions to enhance performance.
• Demonstrated experience in SEO, SEM, and content marketing, with a proven ability to drive growth in organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Familiarity with various SEO techniques and case studies within the iGaming sector.
• Proficient in website analytics, keyword research, and data mining tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb, etc.
• Strong understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, technical SEO, and content strategies.
• Knowledgeable in WordPress and other content management systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, project management expertise, time management capabilities, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach.
• Native or professional proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
