SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of SEO experts, fostering a culture of ongoing learning and professional development.

• Set clear performance standards, KPIs, and goals for team members, offering consistent support and constructive feedback to promote both individual and team excellence.

• Create and execute comprehensive metrics to assess departmental performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and successes.

• Conduct frequent training sessions and performance assessments.

• Oversee all facets of SEO, including extensive keyword research, detailed on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and effective link-building strategies.

• Promote effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals, enhancing workflows for optimal efficiency and impact.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of practical SEO experience in a fast-paced marketing agency setting.

• More than 3 years of experience in people management and leadership.

• Thorough knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Proven experience in managing or leading a team of SEO professionals.

• Proficient in SEO tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing SEO trends and algorithms.
