SEO Generalist – 12-Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Supports the creation, optimization, and publication of SEO-focused content.

• Utilizes local insights, keyword research (including Naver Keyword Tool), and SEO tools to identify content opportunities that enhance traffic, visibility, and engagement on key pages.

• Localizes primary English pages into Korean.

• Explores external websites and partners, conducting outreach with tailored messaging.

• Accurately documents and tracks SEO performance metrics, sharing results with relevant stakeholders.

• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve search-to-conversion experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO and/or Digital Marketing.

• Native-level communication skills in Korean and proficiency in business English.

• Excellent Korean writing ability, capable of both structured and creative styles, with a deep understanding of linguistic nuances.

• Knowledge of SEO principles, content strategies, and best practices for link building.

• Understanding of how the Naver search ecosystem and algorithms differ from Google.

• Experience using CMS platforms and the ability to work based on structured briefs.

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Naver Keyword Tool, and Screaming Frog.
