SEO, Link Building Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• GEO & AI Search Visibility: Development and implementation of a website optimization strategy for AI assistants. Establishing high brand citation to ensure the bank ranks among the top responses in generative search engines.

• Agentic Readiness of the website: Adapting the technical structure and content of the site to meet the requirements of AI web crawlers. Optimizing semantic markup (Schema.org) and creating a clear, structured data architecture that can be easily read and interpreted by AI agents.

• Link Building & Crowd Marketing: Building a quality, natural backlink profile. Actively engaging with relevant forums, financial aggregators, and Q&A platforms (Reddit, Quora, local platforms) to create a positive context around the brand.

• Content Expertise: Overseeing the creation of content that not only targets keywords but also serves as an authoritative knowledge source for LLM models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in the SEO/Link Building field, with a clear understanding and practical cases in GEO / LLM Optimization. Experience in the FinTech, Banking, or E-commerce sectors will be an advantage.

• AI Literacy: High level of understanding of LLM principles, Vector Search, RAG, and how AI agents search, aggregate, and index information on the web.

• Expertise in Link Building: Skills in working with contractors.

• Technical Background: Ability to prepare technical tasks for developers.

• Tools: Proficient use of Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console.

• Soft Skills: Ability to argue hypotheses using metrics and numbers, and work effectively in a cross-functional team (designers, copywriters, analysts).

• English Proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or above (for analyzing English-language trends in AI Search and working with global tools).
