SEO Localisation Specialist, EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• SEO Strategy and Research: Evaluate organic search opportunities based on country and language. Investigate priority keywords for each locale in alignment with intent and funnel stages.

• Localisation Framework: Develop briefs and style guides, then collaborate with local growth managers to ensure cultural relevance and compliance with regulations, among other factors.

• International Tech SEO: Conduct audits and suggest enhancements regarding hreflang, language and region selectors, canonical rules, URL structures, crawl budgets, and sitemaps.

• On-page Multilingual Optimisation: Create a system for modifying titles, schema, and internal linking specific to each market. Execute locale-specific tests such as content types and CTAs.

• Measurement and AI enablement: Develop GA4 dashboards tailored to each market. Monitor clicks, CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in international or multilingual SEO with demonstrable results across a minimum of three non-English markets.

• Proficient in keyword research, SERP analysis, and content prioritization for various locales.

• Strong experience in localisation and collaboration with local growth managers.

• Working knowledge of localisation and CMS platforms such as Crowdin and Sanity.

• Familiarity with international technical SEO, including hreflang, canonical strategies, and language routing, among others.

• Excellent written communication skills and reliable delivery across different time zones.

• Knowledgeable about current international SEO and localisation trends, cross-locale SERP standards, and emerging AI-driven patterns across languages and markets.

• Bonus: Experience in the healthcare sector or a medical background.
