This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure technical health and adherence to SEO best practices.
• Execute keyword research to facilitate content planning and optimization efforts.
• Assist in enhancing site performance, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals metrics.
• Track organic rankings, traffic, and conversion rates, providing regular progress reports.
• Optimize metadata, internal linking, and content structure across essential pages.
• Aid in the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns under supervision.
• Perform keyword analysis to align paid and organic search initiatives.
• Monitor conversion performance and help identify opportunities for ROI improvements.
• Collaborate on testing ad creatives and enhancing targeting strategies.
• Assist in reporting the outcomes of paid versus organic efforts and campaign insights.
• Work with writers and designers to create SEO-friendly content.
• Maintain and update a keyword-focused content calendar.
• Optimize existing pages and blogs to enhance rankings and user engagement.
• Research content opportunities and make recommendations based on data analysis.
• Help maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for SEO, traffic, and lead generation metrics.
• Provide insights to support enhancements in conversion and overall marketing performance.
• Conduct competitor and market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Assist with the execution and analysis of A/B testing on landing pages (forms, demos, etc.).
• Recommend UX and content improvements based on performance metrics.
• Support landing page optimization for both SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
• Contribute to App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives following app launches.
• Assist with mobile keyword research, basic app listing optimization, and rank tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 2–4 years of practical experience in SEO, content optimization, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of technical SEO: indexing, metadata, crawlability, site structure, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with keyword research and on-page optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with link-building strategies and content promotion methods.
• Proficient in using SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and generate clear reports with actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) concepts and user navigation on websites.
• Capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Must reside in and have work authorization for Latin America.
• Must be available for significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).
