This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Lead technical SEO audits and pinpoint opportunities related to crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance.
• Formulate and implement SEO strategies aimed at sustainable organic growth, lead generation, and business impact.
• Enhance metadata, internal linking structures, and on-page content to boost search rankings and visibility.
• Track and enhance keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and domain authority metrics.
• Identify and rectify technical SEO challenges that impact performance and user experience.
• Devise backlink acquisition strategies through outreach, digital PR, guest posting, and initiatives focused on linkable assets.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-driven content strategies and initiatives for topical authority.
• Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
• Perform keyword research and analyze search intent to uncover high-impact growth opportunities.
• Establish and maintain SEO dashboards and reports utilizing GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
• Effectively communicate SEO performance, insights, recommendations, and business impact to stakeholders.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify avenues for growth and differentiation.
• Work alongside paid search teams to harmonize SEO and SEM strategies.
• Assist CRO initiatives through landing page analysis, A/B testing recommendations, and UX optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of practical SEO experience with a strong emphasis on technical SEO.
• In-depth understanding of technical SEO, semantic SEO, search intent, internal linking strategies, and domain authority enhancement.
• Experience in developing and executing scalable organic growth strategies for B2B or SaaS organizations.
• Demonstrated experience with backlink acquisition strategies, digital PR, outreach campaigns, and initiatives to build authority.
• Practical knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Strong familiarity with AI-driven search trends, AI Overviews, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and semantic search optimization.
• Experience in creating SEO dashboards and reports, and presenting performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of conversion optimization, UX principles, and landing page performance analysis.
• Capacity to work independently, proactively, and manage SEO initiatives from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
