SEO Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement SEO strategies aimed at enhancing search visibility and generating organic leads.

• Perform keyword analysis, identify growth potential, and assist content creators accordingly.

• Create and execute a robust strategy for building high-quality backlinks.

• Manage the technical health of SEO initiatives.

• Work in partnership with content, product, and engineering teams to improve website performance.

• Collaborate with the data team to refine necessary reports and drive actionable insights.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities for AI optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the SEO domain.

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.

• A proven track record of delivering significant, measurable organic growth, along with specific examples of increased traffic and contributions to business objectives.

• Prior experience managing SEO projects from inception to execution and results assessment.

• Proficiency in all three core aspects of SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• A strong sense of accountability and a high motivation for achieving results.

• Reporting skills: capability to monitor and present changes in an automated manner.

• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools.

• Proficiency in English.
