📋 Description

• Supervise a team of SEO writers.

• Enhance the tone and accuracy of content.

• Edit both human-created and AI-generated drafts to ensure clarity and consistency.

• Uphold brand voice guidelines for each client.

• Align writing with keyword strategies, topical depth, and internal linking objectives.

• Guarantee that every published article meets editorial and technical SEO standards, adhering to deadlines across various content calendars.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in writing or editing for B2B, SaaS, or marketing-driven companies.

• Practical experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO.

• Proficient understanding of SEO principles—search intent, content structure, and on-page optimization.

• Proven ability to edit the work of other writers and AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

• Experience in developing and maintaining brand voice guidelines for various clients or brands.

• C1+ English proficiency (CEFR) for high-quality writing and editing.

• Experience in creating editorial quality control checklists and templates across multiple content calendars (Nice-to-Have).

• Background in an SEO or content agency managing numerous client brands simultaneously (Nice-to-Have).

• Experience in conversion-focused copywriting (landing pages, lead magnets, product explainers) (Nice-to-Have).

• Expertise in aligning content with internal linking and topical cluster strategies (Nice-to-Have).
