SEO Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance websites for both mobile and desktop platforms.

• Analyze popular search trends using industry tools and create content to improve organic visibility.

• Research, compose, and refine SEO-oriented content, including meta titles, descriptions, headlines, and image tags.

• Track competitor actions and search trends to gather insights and recommend innovative strategies.

• Collaborate with Paid Media/SEM teams, Marketing Managers, and vendor partners to align strategies and produce tailored content.

• Perform regular audits to identify content and keyword gaps while ensuring website accuracy.

• Stay informed about Lithia events, OEM product launches, and vehicle updates to suggest relevant content.

• Guide and mentor Online Content Specialists, create development plans, and promote teamwork.

• Take ownership of strategic campaigns, initiate seasonal content, and develop effective processes for efficient communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting.

• Strong attention to detail with a consistent emphasis on producing high-quality work.

• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.

• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including UTM tracking and web analytics (Google Analytics).

• Experience with AI-driven SEO tools is highly preferred.

• Capability to design, edit, and optimize images for web performance.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

• Leadership experience in mentoring team members and presenting in team or stakeholder meetings.
