• **Responsibilities:**

• **1. SEO Content Production & Publishing**

• - Develop SEO briefs for:

• - Long-form blog content

• - Enhance pages for search intent, conversions, and topical authority

• - Review and fine-tune AI-generated content to match brand voice and quality standards

• - Publish and perform QA on content in the CMS

• - Optimize:

• - Titles

• - Meta descriptions

• - Headers

• - Internal linking

• - Page structure

• - Ensure content consistency across templates and landing pages

• **2. AI-Assisted Content Operations**

• - Develop and manage AI prompt workflows for various page types

• - Execute multi-step content generation workflows:

• - Outline creation

• - Draft generation

• - Editing

• - QA

• - Enhance efficiency while upholding content quality

• - Create SOPs and documents for content production workflows

• - Identify opportunities to expand content operations using AI

• **3. Programmatic SEO & Landing Page Scaling**

• - Assist in the creation and scaling of:

• - Industry pages

• - Role pages

• - Location pages

• - Comparison pages

• - Collaborate closely with brand marketing and design to enhance template performance

• - Help establish scalable internal linking systems

• - Ensure content remains unique, valuable, and non-duplicative at scale

• **4. Technical SEO QA**

• - Conduct SEO QA checks on published pages

• - Monitor:

• - Indexability

• - Canonical tags

• - Redirects

• - Metadata

• - Crawlability

• - Sitemap health

• - Identify and resolve SEO issues proactively

• - Collaborate with engineering or Webflow developers to fix issues

• **5. Reporting & Growth Support**

• - Track performance in:

• - Google Search Console

• - GA4

• - Ahrefs/Semrush

• - Monitor content performance and keyword growth

• - Support ongoing SEO experiments and growth initiatives

• - Maintain weekly reports on completed work and performance impact

• - Capability to manage deadlines and content pipelines independently
