This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take charge of and implement the company's SEO content strategy across Europe, North America, Asia, and LATAM;
• Create and execute a detailed global SEO content strategy aimed at boosting organic traffic, sales, and enhancing search rankings in over 15 languages;
• Lead the on-site SEO team by offering guidance, mentorship, and managing performance;
• Establish our client's SEO strategy concerning on-page optimization, content, localization, and user experience;
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including inbound marketing, product, growth, design, and development, to integrate SEO best practices into website and content creation processes;
• Manage the reporting framework for various markets, regional stakeholders, and senior management;
• Remain informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new SEO and content marketing strategies. Actively apply innovative methods for ongoing improvement.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven history (3+ years) of building and nurturing high-performing SEO content teams;
• Demonstrated success in driving organic traffic and achieving sales growth through organic channels on a global level;
• Proficiency in English;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying intricate SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Excellent project management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and oversee multiple projects at once;
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset, with an emphasis on continuous improvement;
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, recognize trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions;
• Expertise in presenting findings to key stakeholders;
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing SEO tools and platforms, including Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.;
• Comprehensive knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for optimizing SEO content.
