SEO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement SEO strategies for content and pages within the client's developer platform.

• Conduct keyword research focused on developer intent, including technical products, coding languages, APIs, cloud services, and events.

• Enhance on-page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, structured content, and content hierarchy.

• Perform technical SEO audits that assess crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicalization, and schema opportunities.

• Utilize Customer Journey Analytics to evaluate user behavior, traffic trends, conversion paths, and content effectiveness.

• Leverage Ahrefs for backlink analysis, keyword opportunity identification, competitor benchmarking, and rank monitoring.

• Track performance in Google Search Console, identifying opportunities for indexing, queries, CTR, and rankings.

• Collaborate with content strategists, developers, product marketers, and engineering teams to implement SEO enhancements.

• Develop dashboards and executive summaries linking SEO performance to business results.

• Assist in launches, campaigns, and significant initiatives such as product announcements, conferences, and developer events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical SEO experience with enterprise websites or extensive content ecosystems.

• Significant experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.

• Strong proficiency in using Ahrefs.

• In-depth knowledge of Google Search Console.

• Experience in technical SEO for large-scale websites.

• Ability to analyze analytics data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Experience collaborating with CMS platforms and web development teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience supporting developer audiences, SaaS, cloud, or technical products is preferred.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C++, or Java is preferred.

• Experience in international SEO and localization strategies is preferred.

• Background in experimentation, CRO, and optimizing developer funnels is preferred.
