SEO Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Become a part of our Marketing Team, where we are committed to driving sustainable growth with the ambition of becoming the premier marketplace for gamers.

• You will focus on the onsite aspects of SEO, encompassing strategy, technical SEO, and optimization for e-commerce, marketplaces, and hubs, while collaborating closely with our offsite team (link acquisition, publications, and content partnerships).

• This position is responsible for SEO automations, with the goal of developing programs from the ground up and establishing the long-term strategy, rather than merely maintaining existing systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in automating impactful SEO tasks, showcasing a portfolio of scripts, tools, or pipelines you have implemented (candidates with either SEO or engineering backgrounds are welcome).

• Expertise in Python and/or JavaScript, along with familiarity with APIs and version control systems (Git).

• Practical experience in applying LLMs or agentic AI to actual workflows (such as content creation, quality assurance, internal linking, or AI visibility) with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards at scale.

• Strong foundation in technical and programmatic SEO, including crawl budget management, indexation strategies, structured data, and template/feed-driven pages.

• Proficiency with essential SEO and data tools (GSC, GA4, and a suite similar to DataForSEO/Semrush/Ahrefs).

• Preferred qualifications: experience in building agent/agentic frameworks; data engineering skills (Databricks/SQL/ETL); WordPress management at scale; expertise in marketplace, e-commerce, or gaming SEO; and knowledge of multi-market/international SEO.

• Good command of English is required, with proficiency being a plus.
