This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design and implement SEO strategies aimed at enhancing organic visibility, driving traffic, and improving conversion rates.
• Perform keyword analysis, optimize on-page elements, and execute technical SEO enhancements across the website.
• Track website performance, search rankings, and overall SEO health, applying ongoing improvements as necessary.
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO initiatives align with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and expand the affiliate marketing program, which includes onboarding partners and nurturing relationships.
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate agreements with affiliate partners, influencers, and publishers.
• Monitor and assess affiliate performance, refining campaigns to maximize return on investment.
• Guarantee accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across both SEO and affiliate marketing channels.
• Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Deliver regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders regarding channel performance and potential opportunities.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in SEO and affiliate marketing, preferably in the fashion, retail, or direct-to-consumer sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Experience in managing affiliate platforms and partnerships effectively.
• Proficient in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or comparable platforms.
• Capability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong grasp of e-commerce performance metrics and customer acquisition channels.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
