Senior/Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain API endpoints along with associated business logic.

• Enhance and optimize database models through coding efforts.

• Create and refine data processing jobs to facilitate API functionality.

• Develop new user interface features that integrate with APIs.

• Write and uphold automated testing to ensure the reliability of our expanding codebase.

• Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback via pull requests.

• Draft and assess technical specifications for forthcoming development tasks.

• Execute minor cloud infrastructure updates utilizing Terraform.

• Manage documentation and actively contribute to the team's knowledge repository.

• Engage in agile team meetings, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing cloud-based applications using Python and TypeScript.

• High proficiency in React for crafting user interfaces.

• Practical experience with PostgreSQL databases.

• Knowledge of end-to-end testing frameworks and methodologies.

• Experience collaborating on cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product owners, in an agile setting.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Work authorization that does not necessitate visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• May be required to undergo a government background check or obtain security clearance, depending on the contract.
