Senior/Staff Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Work within an environment that encompasses Python-driven services and APIs, relational databases, data warehouses, real-time databases, SQL, event-driven or distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.

• Potentially engage with AI APIs, LLM-based workflows, retrieval patterns, and automation tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing internal platforms, operational tools, or backend systems focused on products.

• Proficiency with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Tinybird, Redis, and applications that are SQL-intensive.

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures or messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or comparable infrastructure frameworks.

• Understanding of observability and monitoring tools.

• Exposure to AI-enabled product development, LLM integrations, RAG patterns, or automation workflows.

• Background in working on 0→1 initiatives or navigating undefined problem spaces.

• Proven leadership through taking ownership of challenging projects with significant impact.
