
Senior/Principal Statistician – Medical Affairs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide statistical assistance for Medical Affairs studies, which encompass observational studies, real-world evidence (RWE) studies, as well as post-marketing and Phase IV studies.
• Contribute to the design of studies, the development of protocols, and the formulation of statistical analysis plans (SAPs).
• Conduct and/or supervise statistical analyses while ensuring the accuracy and quality of the results.
• Collaborate with teams from Medical Affairs, Clinical, Epidemiology, and HEOR.
• Interpret findings from studies and aid in the creation of clinical study reports, publications, and presentations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
• Support strategies for publication and activities related to scientific communication.
• Mentor junior statisticians, when applicable.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of pertinent experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO sectors.
• Extensive experience in Medical Affairs, RWE, and observational studies.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or R programming.
• Familiarity with study design, statistical modeling, and data interpretation.
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
