This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive customer engagements and spearhead onboarding initiatives for major insurance clients.
• Guarantee excellence in delivery, clarity in milestones, and alignment of stakeholders across both business and technical teams.
• Manage timelines, reporting, communication with stakeholders, and executive updates for high-impact enterprise accounts.
• Direct the AI-native transformation within the Client Engagement organization and advocate for team adoption.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI agents and internal tools that integrate across various systems.
• Create and execute a quarterly strategic plan for Client Engagement Operations.
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable initiatives with designated owners, milestones, and measurable results.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and customer stakeholders to tackle complex operational and technical issues.
• Oversee and update the Client Engagement Knowledge Base while developing new documentation layers.
• Identify workflow efficiencies, reduce manual tasks, and enhance the quality of team output.
• Demonstrated experience in operations, strategy, program management, or enterprise implementation roles within a client-facing or go-to-market organization.
• Experience overseeing enterprise-scale implementations and/or customer programs for multimillion-dollar accounts.
• Practical knowledge of building AI agents and internal tools that integrate across multiple systems and platforms.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data exchange formats such as JSON.
• Capability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
• Ability to independently formulate a quarterly strategic plan and drive it to completion with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration involving Client Engagement, Sales, Engineering Operations, Product Operations, Product, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with using data to inform decisions and assess impact.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach and sense of ownership, with the resilience to navigate challenges and achieve results in dynamic settings.
