• Familiarity with Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.

• Understanding of code versioning practices.

• Strong analytical abilities and logical reasoning skills.

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.

• Basic understanding of RDBMS.

• Experience in programmatic development (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and declarative development (point-and-click).

• Understanding of integrations: APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL, and Web Services.

• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment methods and strategies.

• Understanding of MVC architecture.

• Possession of Salesforce certifications.

• Skills in gathering requirements and experience in designing solutions using the platform and its offerings.

• Knowledge of CRM systems.

• Proficient in conversational English.
