Senior/Lead Talent Partner – Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete hiring process for Data/ML, Platform, and occasional leadership roles while also supporting Product Engineering positions.

• Collaborate directly with senior technical and company leadership to establish hiring strategies, refine briefs (scope, leveling, expectations), and execute them comprehensively.

• Develop and uphold structured interview processes, scorecards, and calibration feedback loops.

• Maintain high signal quality and conversion rates even as hiring volumes grow.

• Conduct thorough screening that effectively predicts success prior to hiring manager interviews.

• Identify talent across the Americas and Europe, creating proactive talent pipelines.

• Attract passive candidates with personalized messaging rather than generic outreach.

• Integrate market insights (talent availability, compensation, competition) into the decision-making process.

• Document and enhance recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks.

• Contribute to broader Talent initiatives such as interviewer training, quality of hire, and process excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in technical recruiting within a high-standard environment, demonstrating a history of achieving sustained hiring success over time.

• Proven hands-on experience; you actively research, prospect, interview, and close candidates.

• Ability to grasp technical concepts and role specifics sufficiently to evaluate early signals credibly.

• Familiarity with designing and implementing processes that forecast success.

• Strong stakeholder management skills: you can influence others without relying solely on authority.

• Consistent execution discipline, following through on tasks, even those that are less glamorous.

• Structured and systematic thinking, capable of clarifying ambiguous challenges.

• Experience managing successful executive/leadership searches.

• Exposure to Product & Design recruitment.

• Knowledge of AI-driven recruiting workflows.
