This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead and expand the Product Marketing department with a proactive approach.
• Formulate marketing strategies for our B2C offerings and B2B platform functionalities.
• Enhance product mechanics and design through validated, market-driven improvements.
• Establish effective partnerships with traffic acquisition collaborators.
• Develop positioning and distinctive value propositions.
• Work collaboratively with product, design, and development teams.
• Track KPIs (conversions, engagement, retention, launch effectiveness).
• Consistently generate, validate, and prioritize innovative hypotheses for A/B testing and funnel enhancements.
• Improve conversions throughout key funnel stages—from initial contact to deposit (aiming not only to meet market benchmarks but to exceed them).
• Initiate strategies to boost conversions, user engagement, and retention.
• Align marketing initiatives with the product roadmap.
• Organize marketing launches and market entries.
• Perform market analysis, competitor assessment, target audience, and customer development research.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to establish product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions that resonate with market needs and effectively convey product advantages.
• Gather feedback and analyze website and product metrics to assess feature/product adoption and customer interaction, guiding ongoing marketing strategy and product development.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation frameworks) to expedite research, ideation, and implementation.
• Evaluate the impact of initiatives and promotional outcomes.
• Over 6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Growth/Management, or related roles within a fast-paced B2C tech startup/product in the iGaming/Gambling sector.
• Demonstrated marketing proficiency and understanding of the Online Gambling, iGaming, and CS2/CS:GO Skin Gambling ecosystem is essential.
• Successful track record in launching products, developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) and positioning strategies, and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Experience establishing successful collaborations with Counter-Strike (CS) streamers.
• Proven ability to drive a startup project towards becoming a market leader.
• Prior experience in startup environments with swift iteration cycles.
• Experience in leading or mentoring PMM teams or cross-functional groups, or a strong interest in taking on a leadership role.
• Proven hands-on experience in building and scaling marketing processes from scratch.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and beyond.
• Strong understanding of product marketing lifecycle, digital marketing principles, user acquisition channels/funnels, retention loops, unit economics, and key metrics.
• Experience utilizing analytics tools to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent data analysis skills, capable of managing large datasets and providing practical recommendations.
• Enthusiasm for gaming, esports, and the CS2/CS:GO community.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for technical collaboration within a remote/global team environment.
• Willingness to work within the CET/EET time zone.
