This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Providing guidance to clients on SAP CX initiatives, specifically targeting SAP Sales & Service Cloud.
• Assisting clients with the implementation or adjustment of their sales and service workflows.
• Conducting requirements workshops, pinpointing use cases, and executing client-specific needs within SAP Sales & Service Cloud.
• Formulating and executing concepts and process models in collaboration with the customer.
• Serving as a bridge between business operations and IT during implementation projects.
• Coaching junior staff and offering technical support to consultants.
• Continuously improving both technical and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional functional and technical knowledge of the SAP CX suite, especially SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.
• Customer-oriented with a solution-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously.
• Capability to quickly understand intricate requirements.
• Strong dedication to maintaining quality standards.
• Over 8 years of experience in SAP CX projects with substantial consulting experience in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Enthusiasm for open and constructive teamwork.
• Proficient command of the English language.
