Senior/Lead AQA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• As a vital AQA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our complete product ecosystem, which includes robust backend systems and innovative front-end mobile applications.

• Leveraging your skills in Java, Appium, and Cucumber, you will design, develop, and execute extensive automated tests to pinpoint issues, verify functionality, and validate user experience across our product offerings.

• This position involves tackling complex challenges by employing the latest lean and agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience as an AQA Engineer, with a focus on testing native mobile and web services.

• Strong proficiency in Java and essential automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG/JUnit.

• In-depth understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail, supported by effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Proven capability to excel in an agile development environment.

• A holistic and systematic approach to addressing intricate engineering challenges.

• A collaborative mindset, emphasizing teamwork and empathy.

• Working hours: Early start (around **07:00–07:30 EET**) with a flexible afternoon schedule.

• Familiarity with secondary scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for improved tooling.

• Experience with a broader array of testing and automation tools beyond the core stack.
