This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing Workforce Optimization team, focusing on performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Define and implement enterprise workforce strategies, which encompass labor planning, forecasting, and capacity optimization across various locations.
• Oversee and enhance workforce modeling methodologies, ensuring precision, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by integrating trends, performance metrics, and financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Revenue Management, and Continuous Improvement to synchronize workforce strategies with enterprise priorities.
• Establish and monitor labor performance frameworks, including productivity, cost management, and workforce KPIs.
• Provide workforce planning support across multiple FBO locations, encompassing hiring strategies, scheduling optimization, and labor cost management.
• Identify and eliminate operational obstacles while fostering innovation, automation, and continuous improvement within workforce processes.
• Present executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations, effectively communicating workforce insights and their business implications.
• Influence senior stakeholders and spearhead complex organizational change initiatives related to workforce optimization and labor strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, labor strategy, capacity planning, or comparable analytical fields, with progressively increasing leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior leadership and facilitating enterprise-level decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to build, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling expertise, including forecasting, labor cost optimization, and scenario planning.
• Proficient in workforce planning methodologies, performance management frameworks, and operational analytics.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex data into executive-level insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across matrixed organizations and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, navigate uncertainty, and lead through change in a dynamic environment.
• ~25% travel required.
