This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately maintain and update the AM book of business records with clarity and transparency.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing requirements and recognize coverage deficiencies.
• Assist in the documentation and validation of variable compensation to ensure accuracy and fairness.
• Track and report on service consistency metrics across AM teams.
• Work alongside Finance, HR, and Operations to synchronize workforce data with organizational objectives.
• Offer suggestions for optimizing team organization and resource distribution.
• Develop analyses that convert data into actionable business insights to guide account management strategies and enhance client retention efforts.
• Collect and integrate internal and external data sets related to process enhancements, program modifications, and industry trends.
• Investigate issues from various information sources and propose solutions to the account teams.
• Examine AM performance metrics to recommend improvements in client relations, internal processes, and cross-functional efficiencies.
• Assist in comprehensive process mapping, training, documentation, and readiness initiatives for projects and client transitions.
• Provide reporting, analysis, quality assurance, and reviews of job aids, RFPs, and datasets as required.
• Help identify, train, and develop dashboards/processes for seasonal contractors to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate effectively within delivery teams and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on analysis-related projects for AM, including developing job aids and conducting training sessions.
• Proactively communicate challenges and identify improvements to documentation, processes, and data.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or analyst roles is required.
• Experience in the Health/Pharmacy industry is mandatory.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret industry policies and contractual documents is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); advanced skills in Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.) are necessary.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a focus on client service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and manage evolving priorities is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Professionalism and a positive representation internally and externally are expected.
