Senior Workday Security Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, set up, and sustain a scalable security architecture within Workday.

• Oversee and manage security policies related to domains and business processes.

• Collaborate with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Legal, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Examine, troubleshoot, and address incidents related to Workday security and access issues.

• Work alongside HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to collect requirements for security and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a similar discipline.

• Over 8 years of practical experience in the design and configuration of Workday security.

• In-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks, including security groups, domain and business process policies, as well as calculated fields and security reporting.

• Documented experience with SOX controls and Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks.

• Understanding of global data privacy laws such as GDPR.

• Workday Pro Certification in Security.
