This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Develop and implement the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM.
β’ Collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and design high-impact AI and automation use cases within Workday that enhance processes, elevate employee experiences, and reduce repetitive manual tasks.
β’ Enhance and optimize HR business processes through strategic system configuration, automation, and ongoing improvement efforts.
β’ Assess emerging AI technologies and convert new capabilities into actionable business prospects (e.g., Claude Cowork, Moveworks, Frontier AI).
β’ Promote operational efficiency via automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven decision-making utilizing Workday reporting and analytics tools such as Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.
β’ Create and sustain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics to facilitate strategic HR decision-making.
β’ Offer guidance and technical expertise regarding Workday functionalities, reporting, analytics, and solution architecture.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in HR Technology, with extensive expertise in hands-on Workday configuration and solution architecture.
β’ Profound understanding of Workday HCM capabilities and HR business processes.
β’ Knowledge of AI concepts and experience in supporting or facilitating AI initiatives within Workday or other enterprise HR systems.
β’ Proficient in Workday reporting and analytics tools, including Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics.
β’ Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of partnering across HR and technical teams.
