Senior Workday Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct client workshops to establish the integration strategy and architecture for Workday across HCM and Finance modules.

• Develop, implement, and resolve issues with integrations utilizing EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio, ranging from standard syncs to intricate, tailored builds.

• Convert technical integration ideas into clear, actionable information suited for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide proactive, structured project status updates that ensure alignment among clients and internal teams.

• Maintain an active role: this leadership position is focused on development as well as management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience with Workday integration (HCM and/or Finance), encompassing EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio, from standard implementations to complex/custom solutions.

• Current Workday Integration certification is mandatory (non-negotiable).

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to client stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

• Experience in consulting or at a systems integrator, comfortable navigating ambiguous and loosely structured client environments.

• Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.
