
Senior Workday HRIS Analyst – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and sustain precise, efficient, and scalable processes within Workday for the following areas:
• Core HCM functions
• Advanced Reporting (Matrix/Composite preferred)
• Integrations (including encryption and ISUs/ISSGs)
• Collaborate effectively with the HRIT team to prioritize tasks, foster strong partnerships with internal HR clients, explore options, and address complex Workday challenges.
• Independently oversee, advise, and guide project teams that include HRIT, HR, Payroll, and Management engaged in business process improvements.
• Lead the configuration, maintenance, support, and updates of Workday data, workflows, EIBs, integrations, and reports, addressing both ongoing needs and semi-annual product updates.
• Actively monitor system performance, access, audits, and exceptions to safeguard sensitive information.
• Ensure consistent and scalable methods, formats, processes, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Proactively detect workflow issues and spearhead initiatives to automate, replace, or enhance them.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and support associated integrations.
• Create and develop intricate reports, dashboards, and hubs that deliver precise and actionable insights.
• Offer operational support and job aids for special projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Stay updated on new releases, updates, alerts, best practices, and ongoing improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years (7+ preferred) of experience with Workday and expertise (Certification preferred) in the following areas:
• Cross-Module expertise in essential skills such as business processes, scheduled reports, alerts, notifications, calculation fields, conditions, validations, eligibility, and MOM (Mass Operations Management).
• Proficiency in Core HCM processes (experience with Onboard, Hire, Change Job, Term, and Position/Org Management).
• Experience in Reporting and Report Administration (Advanced required; Matrix/Composite preferred).
• Knowledge of Integrations: EIBs, WWS, SOAP/REST/API, WD Studio, Cloud/Core Connectors, Transformations, JSON, EDI, SFTP, and Encryption (PGP Public & Private Keys, etc.).
• Familiarity with Security: ISU/ISSG setup and maintenance to facilitate Integrations.
• Capability to troubleshoot, track, and resolve complex tickets using Service Now (preferred) or a similar tool.
• Advanced understanding of the interdependencies among Workday modules and awareness of potential downstream impacts from configuration modifications.
• Experience in building stakeholder relationships, gathering requirements, and documenting scope changes.
• Proficient in effectively communicating technical information to a non-technical audience.
