Senior Workday Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the design and practical configuration of Workday Absence

• Setting up absence plans, accruals, balances, eligibility, and carry-forward policies

• Assisting with leave of absence frameworks and policy-driven requirements

• Converting business needs into scalable Workday solutions

• Aiding in the delivery process across design, build, testing, deployment, and issue resolution

• Diagnosing Absence issues within a live production setting

• Ensuring that Absence configuration is consistent with Core HCM processes

• Assisting in security analysis related to domain, BP, role-based, user-based, and intersection security

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a senior Workday functional consultant or analyst

• Extensive hands-on expertise in Workday Absence configuration

• Background in delivering Absence solutions within a live Workday environment

• Solid understanding of Core HCM

• Practical knowledge of Workday Security

• Strong problem-solving abilities and impact analysis skills

• Capability to collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical stakeholders

• Clear and confident communication style
